Overview
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.
Exchange Policy
To exchange your item, ensure it is unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and placed in its original packaging.
Once we receive and inspect your exchange, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item and to let you know whether your exchange has been approved or rejected.
If you are approved, your exchange will be processed.
We only replace items if they are received defective or damaged. If this should occur, email us at fifteenmorent@gmail.com.
We do not offer refunds.
Sale items
Sale items maybe exchange for the same value price. If the new exchange is at a higher price, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference plus taxes.
Shipping
Fifteenmor holds no responsibility for lost or stolen items after they are purchased and shipped.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item for exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
